For Emergency Situations, please dial 911.

HOLLY PARK REAL ESTATE FOR SALE - UPDATED SEPTEMBER 17, 2009

We are proud of our neighborhood and the fact that there is little home turnover despite the economic downturn.  This trend reflects the pride of ownership of our homeowners, many of which have been residing in Holly Park for decades.

We drove our neighborhood this past Memorial Day Weekend to count how many homes were on the market - those with "For Sale" signs on the front lawn. To our surprise and delight we found that out of 780 single family residences in Holly Park, only Six are available for sale.

If you are looking for an opportunity to move to Holly Park, now is the time to do so. The addresses are:

Harvard University announced over the weekend that from now on undergraduate students from low-income families will pay no tuition. In making the announcement, Harvard's president Lawrence H. Summers said, "When only ten percent of the students in elite higher education come from families in the lower half of the income distribution, we are not doing enough. If you know of a family earning less than $60,000 a year with an honor student graduating from high school soon, Harvard University want to pay the tuition. The prestigious university recently announced that from now on undergraduate students from low-income families can go to Harvard for free...no tuition and no student loans!
